The property consists of a living room with a sofa that can be used for sleeping, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, but powerful enough to reach other rooms, a washing machine as well as 2 TVs (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room). A baby cot and a high chair are also available on request. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a children's pool and an outdoor shower. The apartment is located in a quiet urbanization in a fantastic location very close to the city centre. 5 mins away by walking to restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and a pharmacy. 200 meters away from the beach. Free parking is available on the street. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Parties are not allowed. If the guests check in after 9:00 p.m. they will have to do it through a self check in or will have to pay an extra fee.
